Saturday Community Fitness
Join RHF for a free outdoor hybrid total-body workout of circuit, HIIT, and Pilates! This session is designed to get you and your loved ones moving and connecting through fitness.
When: 10:00 - 10:45 AM
Where: Outdoors - On the front lawn at Manna Church, 1826 Stagecoach Rd., Killeen, Tx
Who do I register: Yourself and each participant joining you
Please contact us if you have any questions.
What to Bring:
- Your own workout mat
- Closed-toe shoes (sneakers preferred)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
Help us plan:
- All service members, partners, and children are welcome to workout with us!
- Registration is recommended for each participant
Meet Your Instructors:
Ravin is a military spouse and wellness-focused volunteer who believes in movement as a way to support both physical and mental well-being. She works at The Pilates Barre in Killeen, where she’s part of a team creating inclusive fitness spaces for the community. Ravin is passionate about service, connection, and building supportive communities.
Mattie is a military spouse. She is a fitness instructor who also leads IStroll.
