Saturday Community Fitness (Family-Friendly)
Join RHF for a one-hour fitness session open to all ages and fitness levels. This session is designed to get you and your loved ones moving and connecting through fitness. The class will include a combination of strength, circuit, and HIIT-style exercises, with coffee generously provided by Black Rifle Coffee Company and breakfast minis provided by Chick-fil-A Killeen. Together, we’re creating a welcoming space for connection, movement, and community.
When: 9:30-10:30 AM
Where: Indoors at Manna Church, 1826 Stagecoach Road, Killeen, TX 76542
Who do I register: Adults and children 8+

What to Bring:
- Your own mat and dumbbells (5–10 lbs for adults, 1–2 lbs for kids if they want to join) – limited extras will be available at the event.
- Comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes (sneakers preferred)
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
What to know before you show up:
- Kick off your weekend with an energizing workout and community-building time
- Coffee and light breakfast provided after the session
- All DoD ID holders welcome
- Parents must remain with children during the session
- Registration required for each participant
Meet Your Instructor:
Kayla Edwards is a certified NASM fitness instructor, military spouse of three years, and mother of two. She also leads IStroll (on-post classes Mon/Wed/Fri). Kayla is passionate about connecting people through group fitness, fostering community, and encouraging families to move together. She is committed to mentoring co-leaders and sharing her love of health and wellness with others.
