We usually pop to the Hilton Brook afterwards for lunch and a bit of a social, too, which everyone is welcome to come along to.
No need to book but letting me know you're coming via the event tab is appreciated.
If you've not been to 'Rockfit with Sharon' before, please come 10 minutes early to fill out a short form.
Ample free parking outside, (please use the car park on the left as you drive through the gates) - there will be signs up to send you to the right room.
First class is FREE
£5 per class after that, or a 5-class-card for £20
Come and give it a go - you might find your tribe :-D
