Join Nicole Schrader, LISW, E-RYT, Founder of DSM RAGE CLUB for the FIRST SATURDAY CIRCLE, a morning of yoga, somatics, breathwork, journaling and community to explore the intersectionality of Sacred Rage & Love.The world is hurting. We need safe spaces and places to get to know our emotions and move them out of our bodies in healthy ways, so they do not turn into injury, illness or indictment.
Additionally, we need spaces and places to practice loving our neighbors. Us yogis say #practicemakespractice. The more we practice loving ourselves, the more we bring love to the world.
We will move our bodies, practice breathwork an somatics, learn to "silent scream," and finish with some journaling and community connections.
Suggested donation is $10-20.
Bartering is an option. Accessibility is paramount to Nicole's value system.
