This series of classes teaches you how to link breath to movement to create flow of body and energy. Building on the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, you will learn basic poses and how they can flow together to build heat from within the body. Then move into a few Yin poses which are held for several minutes to create grounding and deeper stretching. Nice blend of basics!
