Learn the centuries-old art of Ukrainian pysanka-writing in our beloved Saturday Pysanky Workshops—a tradition at the Ukrainian Museum of Canada for decades!Led by our experienced staff and volunteers, these two-hour sessions introduce you to the history and symbolism of pysanky while guiding you through the intricate wax-resist technique used to decorate these beautiful Easter eggs. You’ll create your own pysanka to take home and treasure.
Perfect for individuals or groups, these workshops offer a welcoming and inspiring way to connect with Ukrainian culture.
All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary. Open to all (ages 12+)
$25 for Members / $35 for Non-Members
Please note: Our morning session on March 14 will be instructed in Ukrainian! Perfect for newcomers or anyone with advanced Ukrainian language skills.
