An intimate and relaxing group workshop to learn the benefits and techniques of baby massage.About this Event
Sessions are instilled in mindfulness for Parent and Baby, to help you both to carryOn/calm.
Baby Massage will help to increase bonding, soothe and relax baby, encourage their flexibility and muscle development and to help with any common baby ailments (digestive and respiratory).
This is a 90 minute session for babies from birth, but ideally following 6 weeks checks, to pre-crawling stage (6 months).
