This fun and creative 3hr event will have you making 12 All Purpose Shampoo Bars to keep for yourself or gift to someone else.Join in on Kri:ei'tiviti's Shampoo Bar Making Workshop and you will learn;
* The method of making Cold Process Shampoo Bars including all safety requirements;
* The Benefits of using all-natural oils and essential oils;
* Terminology;
* Properties and benefits of different oils for different hair types
* Basic understanding of Soap Calc
* How to source supplies
* How to make your own all purpose shampoo bars
A workbook is provided with the method we use to make shampoo bars, basic terminology and resources to source supplies.
All materials and ingredients are provided and pre-measured to ensure making the shampoo bars is easy and fun!
Coffee, tea and cake are provided and you may just make a new friend or two.
PLEASE NOTE: The shampoo bars harden overnight and will be ready for collection the following day. You will need to arrange to collect your shampoo bars within 1 week of the workshop.
This workshop is suitable for 18yrs + only.
*We are located in Orelia. Limit of 5 participants.
*Adults with different needs very WELCOME! The Shed is wheelchair accessible. Please advise anything you need. ie support person present, under table leg room etc
*Kareena Preston is the workshop facilitator. Kareena has been a children's and adults coach and teacher for over 25 years. She holds a current Working with Children’s Check and Police Clearance. She has also completed her AHA Hospitality & Hygiene COVID-19 Hygiene Course.
