Over the course of one weekend, you’ll learn the components to a practice that will anchor you in peace, clarity, and strength for a lifetime.
In four 90-minute sessions, Anne-Compton initiates you in the technique, gives you your personal mantra, and provides ample time for practice, questions, and future support.
In addition, you’ll join a community of meditation practitioners and gain lifetime access to Wild Lotus Yoga’s Meditation Group, that meets every third Monday of the month in person and through Zoom from 6-7pm for continued support.
What the Course Entails
The four meetings are consecutive and will allow you the full scope of practice, feedback, and check-in. The schedule for the June 26-29 Course is
*Friday, June 26, 6-7:30pm: Introduction to the Technique, Q&A, Practice
Saturday, June 27, 4-5:30pm: Initiation with Personal Mantra, Q&A, Practice
Sunday, June 28, 4-5:30pm: Practice, Q&A, Discussion
Monday, June 29, 6-7:30pm: Practice, Q&A, Discussion, Future Support
*Attendance in the first meeting is mandatory to proceed with the course. If you miss this meeting, you cannot continue with the following meetings and will be advised to join a future course.
