Satguru Sirio Ji is a unique Surat Shabd Yoga master from Tuscany with over 50 years of complete dedication to the spiritual path. He shares this inner wealth selflessly, with the sole intention of being of help to others, through Satsang, Darshan, Sacred Songs and Guided Meditation.
Satsang
Through speech, Satguru Sirio Ji will share his knowledge of the spiritual path, which is based on a life long experience of intense meditation practice, Bhakti Yoga (loving devotion for his Spiritual Masters Sant Ajaib Singh and Maharaj Kirpal Singh) and Karma Yoga (selfless service to the spiritual mission of his Masters and to human kind). In his speech Satguru Sirio Ji channels the Divine Truth which he cultivated over these many years. His speech is inspired by the moment, by the here and the now. It's very direct and applicable for the people sitting in front of him. Darshan
Understanding the eyes as windows of the soul, through which two-thirds of his teachings are conveyed, Satguru Sirio Ji deliberatly looks into the eyes of his listeners. This can be understood as a spiritual transmission, a selfless gift of unconditional love from a realized being. Receiving this gift with an open attitude can bring about wonderful feelings of Divine Love, perceptions of Divine Light and elevated states of conciousness which transend the purely physical and mental.
Sacred Songs
Satguru Sirio Ji understands singing as a powerful tool to calm the mind and to provoke an atmosphere which is conductive to meditation. During the evening and before guiding you into meditation he will sing Sacred Songs and Mantras with his powerful and captivating voice.
“The Bhajan singing is meant to develop and increase receptivity. When we sing the Bhajans something happens inside of our body, very deep inside of our cells. This human body is made at least seventy percent out of water. Liquids are very easily affected by higher frequencies. There are studies done on the molecules of water. Before the singing of Sacred Songs and Mantras they’re shapeless, but when exposed to these higher frequencies they take the harmonious forms of Mandalas or Jantras.” – Satguru Sirio Ji
Guided Meditation
After his Satsang, his Darshan and the singing of Sacred Songs and Mantra's, Satguru Sirio Ji will guide you into meditation. Surat Shabd Yoga Meditation is third eye meditation, which focuses on the Inner Light and Sound. Surat Shabd Yoga aims at uniting the attention of the aspirant with this Inner Light and Sound (which is the literal meaning of ‘Surat Shabd Yoga’). Satguru Sirio Ji encourages a personal, firsthand experience of the State of Consciousness that transcends body and mind.
