About this Event

Join us on a 15km route starting and finishing at Knees Up. We operate a strict 9am hard leave, so make sure to come down early to drop your bag. Fuel provided by Maurten and post-run snacks and refreshments by Knees Up.

Start Time: Meet at Knees Up at 8:30AM, 9:00AM hard leave.
Bag Drop: Available at Knees Up.
2 Pace Groups: 5:15-5:30, 6:00-6:15.

Post-Run: Pastries and coffee to recharge, courtesy of our friends at Knees Up.
