Don’t miss one of the most spectacular holiday displays on the Space Coast! The annual Satellite Beach Christmas Boat Parade is scheduled for Saturday, December 14 at 6:00 pm. This beautiful display of decorated boats slowly travels south on the Grand Canal starting at the far north end by the Pineda Causeway and finishing where canal exits into the Banana River. As always, the Boat Parade is sponsored by the Banana River Sail and Power Squadron (BRSPS) - also known as America’s Boating Club South Brevard.
Unless you live on the canal, there are two ways to view the parade:
1. Park on one of the streets in Satellite Beach that dead-end on the canal including Skylark Blvd., Port Royal Blvd., Jackson Ct., Anderson Ct. or Canal St. There is parking on each of these streets.
2. Tune in to the livestream of the parade on the SatelliteBeachLive YouTube channel. The parade will be broadcast in 4K UHD video, so you’ll have a good view of the boats. Here is the link to the video livestream that you’ll see on December 14:
If you would like to participate in the parade or have other questions, please call Ernst Hofmann, BRSPS Squadron Education Officer, at 321-220-7775
