Experience the healing interplay of breath and sound. Integrating Soulful Breathwork and Sound Healing creates a unique synergy magnifying their inherent power. Breath in a fully supported and safe environment, that causes deep relaxation and facilitates the safe release of unresolved physical and emotional energy stored in the body.

Relax as Plamen gently guides you through a Soulful Breathwork experience that heals the body, calms the mind, and nourishes the soul. A single session of breathwork can change your life, creating immediate and permanent results. Soulful Breathwork is a safe and effective way to heal past trauma by releasing old pain, grief, anger, fear, or other unprocessed emotions.
Sacred Sound Bath led by Denise Foster, Reiki Master/Sound Therapist. She will be walking throughout the event, playing meditative instruments over you. This helps to enhance your experience, along with Reiki Healing and meditative instruments. The breathwork flows into a sound bath to help you integrate your session.

No prior breathwork experience is required to attend.
Please refrain from heavy food at least 30 minutes before the event.
