Community 22-mile round-trip ride from Urbana’s Meadowbrook Park (Race St parking lot), stop in Sidney at the Dairy Barn for ice cream and socializing before heading back on moonlit roads.
EVERYONE IS INVITED. This is a community event
It is not a sanctioned event by any bicycle club, group or individual.
Family, friends, co-workers, groups, individuals are invited.
Please invite at least ONE of your friends!
Cyclists are responsible for their own safety.
Illinois law requires the use of lights at night.
Wearing helmets is a VERY GOOD idea.
Choose a casual ride speed or a quicker pace.
For your safety, complete the attached ABC Quick Check before departure.
An extra set of batteries for your lights is recommended.
The Full Moon of May is known as Flower Moon to signify the flowers that bloom during this month. There is a myriad of wildflowers which bloom in May in the Northern Hemisphere, where these traditional Full Moon names originated
