Overview

Consultations with Shamans, Tantric, and Spiritual Healers are the main agenda of our retreat. Witnessing primeval Cultural Heritage Sites and soaring Mountains can simply be put as a bonus. We will explore some of the potent places of Energy reserves where it will be impossible to ignore the weight and gravity of their alleviating effects. For centuries, these Hindu temples, Buddhist Monasteries, Holy places, and Rivers have played significant roles in the everyday life of the common man either/or the elevated spiritual seekers. Like the Sun, that doesn’t differentiate whom and where to shine, it's the beauty of the land that is simply there, waiting for you to perceive whatever you wish. That is why you need to absolutely be there. Stand in that holy land, feel the air, grasp the reality because there are no words to describe the feelings and worth of these places.

Introduction

When my beautiful friend and healer Kathleen brought up the idea of doing a retreat in Nepal, the first thing that crossed my mind was why someone would travel 8000 miles to do healing & a journey, which you can easily find here in the US. But then it is also true that the Himalayan country Nepal has so much to offer than just yogic and meditative ways.

Nepal, being a melting pot of Hinduism, Buddhism, and ancient Shamanism has preserved various modalities of healing and pathways. This retreat is the harmonization for you to seek those modalities and experience the first-hand truth. Therefore, this is not your typical “ yoga retreat”, it is purely a Ritualistic Healing Journey !!!

Blessed to be born in a spiritual tribe in Nepal, I spent most of my life growing up in the presence of these native healers and energy workers. Mesmerized by their “Magic”, I realized that these people have the ability to recognize the balance in nature through the knowledge of Five elements (Panchatatva). They have access to the world of spirits and they work as the bridges or communicators between our world and theirs. And through their ability to connect, they heal the physical, mental, and spiritual imbalance of aspirants which is still a common practice in Nepal. But with the encroachment of globalization and commercialization of spiritual tourism, a true seeker would be lost in the midst of authenticity. Therefore, Sat Healing Retreat commenced a journey to this holy land with months and months of hard work and commitment to establish communication and connections with these authentic native healers and energy workers who have agreed to offer their ancient and powerful practices to anyone with an open mind and pure intentions. I welcome all of you beautiful people, those in search of true energy healing, to experience a mystical and majestic balance of universal energy as a simple way of Life.
