Sat evening yoga - Koha based

Namaste everyone!

I am will be taking regular hatha restorative yoga classes on Saturdays at 5 pm at the lovely Body Mind Soul Enlightenment Centre in Glen Innes. The yoga session based upon Sivananda tradition consists of a combination of gentle postures, breathing and energy lock exercises for a lovely balance of body-mind-spirit. These sessions are koha based. But you NEED TO make prior bookings at for a confirmed place :
