SAT Bootcamp with Carla BarryPrepare with confidence for the SAT in this focused and engaging bootcamp designed to help students strengthen their test-taking skills and review commonly tested concepts in both the math and reading and writing sections. This workshop is ideal for students looking for a comprehensive refresher before test day, extra practice with key SAT strategies, or additional preparation alongside their current coursework.
Students will review:
Frequently tested SAT Math concepts
Desmos vs. graphing calculator
Reading and Writing strategies
Time management techniques
Effective approaches for tackling difficult questions
Test-taking tips to improve confidence and performance
Recommended Materials:
Pen, pencil, and highlighter
Notebook or scratch paper
TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator
Computer or iPad (accessing desmos during the session)
A snack and water bottle are recommended (short breaks are included throughout)
