A relaxing afternoon of creativity & community. Design and create your own simple Sashiko* embroidery piece, while enjoying a delicious afternoon tea of scones, sweet treats and warm beverages.This event is happening on two dates in May - Saturday 16 & Saturday 30.
At the event you can choose to take your sashiko piece home to continue as a personal project or leave it with Rachael to complete and deliver at a later date.
*Sashiko is a traditional Japanese stitching style loved for its soothing rhythm and simple, geometric patterns. Please note the pieces created in this event will be a modernised version of the traditional art form.
