When was the last time you enjoyed an event with other Sudanese shabaab — months, years, never?
On Saturday December 6th, from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, we’re hosting a FREE social event at the Liverpool Community Hall on 185 Bigge St, where we’ll be showcasing art by local Sudanese artists, and serving traditional food and drink.
It will be a space to reconnect and possibly meet new Sudanese people outside of your local community — run by shabab for shabab. The only time we see each other shouldn’t be at the odd wedding, every second Eid celebration, or when the older generation decides to host a large event.
While entry is FREE, donations are highly recommended in order to make the most out of our gathering to support our people in Sudan. We hope to see you there.
