All levels welcome! Picture this dream setup... hanging upside-down from a beautiful wood pavilion overlooking Saratoga Lake with the birds chirping, the warmth of the sun and a cool breeze... aaahh...Classes run from June 23 til September 1 on Tuesdays.
There are two class times available and both are suitable for beginners/ all levels. 5:30- 6:30 pm and 6:45- 7:45pm.
There are ONLY 10 spots per class so sign up & reserve yours ASAP!!
Have a group of friends you want to "hang" with? Private & semi private group sessions are available, email [email protected] for pricing and availability.
There are no cancellations or refunds due to the nature of these classes. It will be rain or shine under the pavilion unless there are thunderstorms. In that case, you will receive a text message with makeup class time and date options.

Please arrive 10min early and park to the right of the pavilion when you arrive.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and while the pavillion is covered you my want to bring/apply sunscreen as it's setting in the later months.
