About the Hosts
Madras House is an intimate 20-seater dining space rooted in South Indian culinary traditions, where food is served with structure, story and intention. Known for its curated banana-leaf experiences, the restaurant believes in authenticity over shortcuts respecting technique, sourcing thoughtfully, and creating meals that feel personal and deeply cultural.
SARÂY by Tanoor is inspired by Middle Eastern culinary heritage, reinterpreted thoughtfully through a vegetarian lens. With a strong emphasis on tradition, depth of flavour and ingredient integrity, SARÂY honours the spirit of Arab hospitality while presenting it in a way that feels warm, contemporary and rooted.
Together, both kitchens meet at a shared belief — authenticity first, always.
