June is almost here and what better way to kick off Pride Month than sweating it out with your fellow sapphics & then celebrating with mimosas and good vibes?
Sapphic Lifts & Sips is a morning made for the community, by the community. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or have never touched a barbell in your life, this space is for you. No judgment. No intimidation. Just good energy, great vibes, and people who get it.

💅 Sapphics: The Crowd & Coaches
A women-only, sapphic-centered space for queer women, non-binary, and women-aligned folks (trans women are women 🫶)
All female coaches. No men in the gym.
🏋️ Lift: The Workout (All Levels Welcome)
We’re taking over Rebel Strength & Fitness in Warren for a guided, one-hour group workout designed for every fitness level. Our coaches will make sure you feel strong, supported, and maybe a little sore in the best way. First time in a gym? Perfect. Regular gym rat? Also perfect.
🥂 Sips: Mimosas & Coffee
Because what’s Pride without a little celebration? After the workout, stick around for mimosas and/or coffee while you cool down, catch your breath, and connect with the incredible humans you just sweated next to.
🍺 Optional After Party at the Kuhnhenn Brewery
The fun doesn’t stop there! Join us for an after party at Kuhnhenn Brewery & Winery to keep the good times going. More drinks, more laughs, more community.
