About this Event
Your connection is in the stars. Meet queer women+ and find compatible matches based on your birth charts.
During this guided experience, we’ll research and document our birth charts, learn and share insights about elemental compatibility, then break into small groups to compare and connect.
Who should attend?
Sapphics unite! This event is specifically for queer women+ who are ages 21 and older. That includes lesbians, bisexual/pansexual women, trans women, femme-identifying people, non-binary folks, etc. Singles are welcome, as are partnered people seeking new friends.

At We Met in Miami events, we wear wristbands that show others who we are and what we’re looking for (choose one, two or all three):

Bring your appetite. The market has got your dinner (and dessert) plans covered. Come hungry!
Free parking is plentiful at Vizcaya Village. The village is across the street from the Main House & Gardens.
Agenda:
5 p.m. Market opens. Enjoy live music, check out the vendors, and grab dinner.
6 p.m. Check in begins. Stop by the We Met in Miami booth. Grab your wristbands and name tags.
6:30 p.m. Opening. We'll start with some introductions and an opening icebreaker.
6:45 p.m. Find your chart. We’ll research the map of stars and planets in the sky at the moment of your birth and write out the placements and details that are useful for our analysis.
7:15 p.m. Learn about elemental compatibility. Fire, air, earth and water. Every sign is associated with an element, and we’ll learn about how they jive with each other.
7:30 p.m. First small-group breakout. We’ll connect with people whose moon signs are associated with the same element as ours.
8 p.m. Second small-group breakout. We’ll connect with people whose moon signs are associated with compatible elements to ours.
8:30 p.m. Mix and mingle. Use what you’ve learned to mingle freely with others, comparing charts and compatibility along the way.
9 p.m. Market closes. Meet someone cool? Drop your Connection Card in the Matchbox. If you match, we’ll help you reconnect after the event.
