Prepare to be amazed as Santa's Magical Elevator takes you to a realm of endless joy and festive cheer, bringing the North Pole's heart-warming magic right to you.
Housed inside a giant structure you will enter the Elves’ Workshop where your children can write their letter to Santa and post it to him in his special post box, they can make a small toy that they can take home, and listen to a Christmas story from the elves, Eric the Elf will give every child a passport as they start their adventure to find Santa Claus.
As the search begins, you will enter our Magical Elevator and press the button to start your journey to Santas’s house in the North Pole. Look out of the windows as the cogs turn and the elevator starts to rise above the houses and into the clouds as you fly through the sky above the North Pole as the elevator finally comes to a stop right outside the door to Santa’s house.
Ring the door bell and Santa’s number one elf ‘Snowflake’ will open the elevator door and invite you into Santa’s house where you will meet the big man himself and be able to take your photographs, ‘Snowflake’ will also stamp your passport to confirm you are on the nice list and give you a ‘Nice List’ certificate with your name on it.
You will then be given a Golden Ticket that you can exchange for any toy you like from his Toy Shop and even the ‘oldies’ will also receive a gift. Your visit will last around 40 minutes.
