Cargo Gym and Eastbourne Hockey Club are proud to support Samaritans Eastbourne by hosting a fun 45 minute Christmas workout for all ages and abilities on the 18th of December at 11AM. It is a chance to get in the Christmas spirit and dress up as Santa (suits provided on entry), have fun and exercise all in aid of a fantastically important cause, the Samaritans Eastbourne!

What: A chance to have some fun, exercise and raise some money for charity at the same time. A fun bodyweight workout class for all abilities and ages lasting 45 minutes maximum with opportunity to take rest whenever you need it or to stop if need at set time intervals (20 mins,30mins and 45mins).
How: We will provide you with a Santa suit (you can customise it or wear your own!) and our qualified personal trainers will be leading the workout.
Where: At the Saffrons Sports Park in Eastbourne on the Astro (find us here).
When: Saturday 18th of December at 11 AM (please arrive no later than 10:45 AM to register on the day and be ready to start at 11AM).
Price: £12 per entry or a group pass (4 entries) for £40. Cost includes Santa suit (one size fits all) which will be sent to you.
Fundraising: Your entry fee minus the cost of entry (about £5) will be donated to charity and you can also raise your own money and donate via our Gofundme page (linked).
