Then it’s time to create! You’ll hand-paint truffles that look almost too pretty to eat, dip marshmallow pops and pretzel rods in luscious tempered chocolate, swirl and sprinkle them with festive toppings, and craft decorated brownies that are equal parts elegant and over-the-top fun. And of course, there will be rich, creamy hot cocoa to sip while you work — because no chocolate class is complete without a mug in hand.
Along the way, we’ll share professional tips for achieving shine, snap, and flavor balance, along with creative ideas for packaging and gifting your treats (assuming they make it out of your parking space uneaten). It’s the perfect class for couples, friends, or anyone who loves to mix artistry with indulgence.
