Sana Soul: A Latina Healing Event 🌸

Join us for a soulful morning of movement, healing, and community! Sana Soul is a free event for Latinas to connect, recharge, and honor our culture together.

What to Expect:

• 5K Run/Walk led by Move Peach Women’s Running Club (8:30–9:30 AM) – all levels welcome

• Networking & Connection (9:30–10:00 AM) – meet new people using conversation prompts and optional networking cards

• Restorative Yoga with @latin_yogi (10:00–10:30 AM) – gentle, grounding practice to refresh

• Ice Breaker Groups (10:30–11:00 AM) – small group activities to encourage connection

• Panel Discussion & Conversation with Atlanta Latinas & Calladitas Podcast (11:00–11:45 AM) – topics: healing, community, cultural connection, Q&A

• Wrap-Up & Socializing (11:45–12:00 PM) – final reflections and casual mingling

Optional Donation:

While the event is free, we’re asking attendees to donate whatever they can via our [GoFundMe link] to support [cause/organization]. Donations are optional, but to participate, attendees will show proof of donation at check-in.

T-Shirts & Attire:

Attendees are encouraged to wear a shirt that represents their culture if they’d like. Official t-shirts may be available for purchase or through sponsorship at the event.
