Come and enjoy community, cold plunges and a Sunday morning sweat!
Santa Monica Run Club is so excited for our July meeting. Instead of meeting on the first Thursday of the month, which would be July 4th, we want you to sweat and celebrate how ever you please that night
We are collaborating with Cooldown Running and Deuce Gym will be hosting us this month, which means more new friends to meet and building our run community on the westside.
Lauren from Cooldown Running and Lily from lululemon will be helping lead the run.
The run will be 3.6 miles. All paces welcome!
Upon completion, Deuce trainers will facilitate recovery breathwork, cold plunges and sauna. Please bring swimsuit, towel etc.
Coffee Cart will be on site. Drinks available for purchase.
Invite your friends and make new ones! Feel free to socialize after the run.
Please consider carpooling as Lincoln and surrounding streets can difficult for parking.
