Sebastian has been a full-time personal trainer, health coach, and professional dancer since 2006. With a unique background in dance and biomechanics, Sebastian offers a detailed approach to movement training that emphasizes athleticism while minimizing injury risk.
Sebastian has built his life and career around dynamic movement. While working as a professional contemporary dancer from 2007-2019, he also trained extensively in multiple disciplines: bodybuilding, marathon running, yoga, powerlifting, soft acrobatics, contact improvisation and somatic disciplines. He now focuses on integrated movement training that balances the body and supports long-term health.
Sebastian has worked with people of all ages and levels of fitness. He has a no-fads, no-nonsense approach to training that will make a difference in your life and boost your energy, confidence, and wellbeing. Sebastian has worked as a boot camp instructor, personal trainer, dance teacher, biomechanics coach, workshop facilitator and health coach, while also founding Sebastian's Functional Fitness, Agile Beast, BodyWagging and co-founding Spiral Camp.
