SCHEDULE
Thursday: Move in starting at noon. No track time.
Friday: 10:00AM driver’s meeting. Open running after driver’s meeting.
Saturday: 10:00AM driver’s meeting. Open running after driver’s meeting.
PRICING
Driving 1-day: $50 for VKCA members and non-members
Driving 2-day: $90 for VKCA members, $100 for non-members
2-day spectator: $15

TECH & HELMET INSPECTION
Check your karts for safety. Karts will be teched to make sure axles, steering brakes, etc. are safe. That means cotter pins, safety wire, clips, etc. must be in place before you can run your kart. Helmets will be checked to make sure they conform to the 2023 rules.
FOOD
Food will not be provided at this event.

Rate: $159/night + tax, Regular rate is $199. To get the discounted rate rooms must be reserved ASAP. Reserve by Phone: Call (805)928-7777 and say that you want a room for the Vintage Kart Club of America or VKCA event. Discounted rate valid Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
CAMPING
Self-contained camping at the track is permitted. Gates will be open starting Thursday at noon for anyone interested in camping throughout the event or for those who want to drop off a trailer before heading to their motel. Campers can stay Saturday night as long as they plan to leave the track by noon Sunday.
SECURITY
We will have security on-site Thursday and Friday nights but not Saturday night. Please protect your karts and equipment.
RAFFLE
50/50 raffle Saturday.
KART SHOW
Kart show Saturday during/after lunch. Awards will be handed out.

SWAP MEET
Drag out your unused vintage kart items and raise some cash. Swap and sell both days.
MISC
Alcoholic beverages, bicycles, skateboards, mini bikes, etc. not allowed. The track gate must be closed behind you when entering the pit area.
