Tending the Transitions is a seasonal grief support series offered by Better Place Forests that creates space for reflection, grounding, and connection in nature.
Our spring gathering, The Awakening Ground, honors the quiet shift from winter into renewal.
During this experience participants will:

• begin with gentle grounding exercises
• spend quiet time exploring the forest
• take part in a simple nature-based reflection activity
• close together with a moment of calm reflection

This gathering is designed to be supportive and low pressure.
Participants are never required to share personal stories.
The intention is simply to offer a peaceful place to spend time in nature while honoring grief and memory.
