Curious about West Coast Swing, Bachata, Pole or Aerial Dance? Santa Cruz Dance Week is your invitation to jump in.

During Open Classes, studios and instructors across the county open their doors for a full week of accessible, welcoming dance experiences. With nearly 100 classes to choose from, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore new styles, revisit old favorites, and connect with Santa Cruz’s vibrant dance community.

Whether you're brand new or experienced, Open Classes are designed for all levels—no long-term commitment, just a chance to move, learn, and have fun.

• Open Classes are intended for new students or those new to a class
• Some studios may offer preregistration, but most classes are drop-in
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to secure your spot
• Space is limited and participation is first come, first served
