About this Event
Citadel Outlets will be turning down overhead music, eliminating the need to stand in line by using a reservation system and providing special activities that will keep children engaged and prepare them for their visit with Santa. The sensory-friendly event will take place prior to public hours on Sunday, December 7, from 9 AM to 12 PM, in a comforting and physically accommodating setting designed to lessen behavioral triggers associated with this bustling time of year.
Children within every spectrum of special needs and their families are invited to a private meet-and-greet, to experience the time-honored tradition of a visit with Santa Claus during dedicated hours. Please reserve your complimentary ticket here
As a courtesy to other guests, register as one (1) per family, please.
Visits with Santa are free. This year photo packages will not be available for purchase at the event and will only be meet-and-greets and families can take photos with their own devices.
Each visit is allotted 10 minutes with Santa. Please plan to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
