About this Event

Meet the cheesemaker and see the cheesemaking process up close!

Join us on a trip to in Oley, PA. Stefanie Angstadt, founder and head cheesemaker, will lead you on a guided tour of the cheesemaking facility, teaching you about everything that goes into the cheesemaking process.

After the tour, sommelier Daniel Solway of Santé and Stefanie will lead the group in a wine and cheese tasting & pairing class, exploring the impact of terroir on wine and cheese, pairing technique, and ways to cook and incorporate the cheeses into dishes at home.
