May 1st, the doors will open at 10:00am sharp and we will crop until the end of the day Sunday. Several of us will stay Sunday night and crop Monday also, but there is an additional cost for that. Sunday night is $225 (split by however many are in the room) and cropping Monday is $25 per person.
The hotel does put a $75 per day HOLD on your credit card when checking in. It will fall off if you do not spend money on it, but it will put a hold on it, so wanted you to be prepared.
If you know you will go over your $60 account credits, you can add money onto your account through me (this helps me meet our quota). If you do add money to your account, you will go into a separate drawing during the crop. Anything counts, the spa, the gift shop, the restaurants - it all counts! Thank you to those of you that do this, it helps keep the cost down for everyone.
All rooms have a refrigerator, so plan to bring your own food/drinks if you would like. We cannot have a community snack table there, but you are welcome to bring snacks for your tables.
Crop includes Friday and Saturday at the resort, the crop room open the entire time, gifts for attending, prizes, demos, a Creative Memories store set up and more!
Cost is:
1 cropper per room is $525
2 croppers per room is $315 each
3 croppers per room is $270 each
4 croppers per room is $240 each
A $50 deposit holds your spot and the balance is due 15 days before the event starts. You can zelle me at 239-851-6654, Venmo to @beth-beller or mail me a check. Message me for my address. If you need to use a credit card, a 3.5% fee will be charged.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before registering:
Deposit
A $50 deposit is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
Cancellations 31+ Days Before the Event:
You will receive a full refund of any payments made minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit.
Cancellations 15–30 Days Before the Event:
You will receive a 50% refund of your total payment.
Cancellations 14 Days or Less Before the Event:
No refunds will be given. This is due to our obligation to the hotel and/or convention center, as we have already paid per person who has confirmed attendance.
Registration Transfers:
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to someone you know who would like to attend in your place.
Please notify us in writing (email or message) if you plan to transfer your spot, so we can update our attendee list and materials.
No-Show Policy:
Registrants who do not attend the event without prior written cancellation are considered no-shows and are not eligible for any refund or credit.
Acknowledgment of Policy:
