On Saturday, May 2nd, we will be launching our first weekend's canvass in Sanford at Angel's Soul Food.
Canvassing is one of the most effective ways you, as an individual, can inform and turn out voters, especially in tight elections. Your efforts will go a long way in making sure our eligible voters make a plan to vote in our upcoming August Primary and November Midterms.
First time canvassing? No problem. You will be paired with an experienced canvasser for training.
Prefer not to walk? Don't worry! Drivers are also needed to help transport canvassers between longer distances, where necessary.
Be sure to wear your best walking shoes, warm weather clothes, and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated!
