Refund Policy :

All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
If the event is cancelled by the promoter and not rescheduled, the ticket price and applicable fees will be refunded to the original method of payment.
If the event is postponed/rescheduled, all tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be handled in accordance with the ticketing platform’s event policy and any applicable consumer protection rules.

Right of Admission

The Event Organizer and/or Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person at their sole discretion, including (but not limited to) for reasons of safety, security, disruptive or abusive behaviour, intoxication, failure to follow venue/event rules, or presenting a risk to other guests or staff.

Admission may also be refused if a ticket is lost, stolen, altered, duplicated, resold in violation of policy, or deemed invalid.

Where refusal of entry or removal is due to the ticket holder’s conduct or non-compliance with policies, no refund will be issued. The Organizer and Venue will comply with applicable human rights laws in British Columbia.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The Event Organizer and Venue are not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items, including (without limitation) coats, bags, phones, wallets, jewelry, cash, or other valuables.

If you believe you have lost an item, please contact event staff or venue security during the event, or inquire with the venue’s Lost & Found after the event. Any recovered items will be handled in accordance with the venue’s Lost & Found procedures.
