Grab a partner, come up with a team name, and get ready to battle it out in the sand.
Led by Coach Timmie and Coach Nukes, this is shaping up to be an epic beach session.

This isn’t just a workout—it’s a beach day with your people.
We will be set up at the end of the beach by the basketball courts. You will see a Hybrid House tent. You can drop your things and then go find parking. Get there early, street parking only. Please also bring snacks, drinks and anything beach related that you want to partake in after the workout. We cannot wait! FUN IN THE SUN!
