Join us for an energizing in-person event all about soaking up the sun and moving through some refreshing Sun Salutations. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this is a great way to connect with nature and your breath. Come as you are, bring your mat, and let's greet the sun together in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere!

Join fellow yogis at Aliso Creek County Beach for a refreshing and invigorating 1 hour Vinyasa Yoga Class!
What to Expect:
• 8:15am: Arrival and check-in
• 8:30 am - 9:30 am: Vinyasa Yoga Class. (Open to all fitness levels) We will begin the practice with a breathing exercise and short meditation, then we will flow into a lovely Yoga Flow practice.
Before we go into Savasana (final relaxation) a cool towel will be given to each participant and you can choose what essential oil scent you would like to use on your towel. The towel can be placed over your eyes for comfort. During Savasana the Tibetan singing bowl will be played.
• 9:30 am - 10: 30 am: Mocktail Mimosas, mingling, and light snacks to enjoy.
