There are two types of session:

1) Himalayan Singing Bowls (on 21 Aug and 11 Sep) - These are hand-made metal bowls made from alloy of 5 to 7 different metals. These bowls have layered tones andharmonic overtones, creating a deep, rich sound that soothes, grounds and balances one's energy centers.

2) Quartz Crytsal (on 28 Aug and 25 Sep) - These bowls produces a more ethereal and higher frequency. Their pure and higher pitches tones are good for activating energy centers and bringing one to a higher meditative level.
