Need higher guidance and want to be your own psychic? The Sanctuary Meditation is a tried and tested method that has successfully guided people to gain consciousness of their Higher Self and their own personal sanctuary.
Once the sanctuary has been reached, it allows for a clear connection between your consciousness and your higher self so that you can gain the ultimate relationship and guidance from your spirit. In this method of meditation, you will go through a process that fully opens your chakras, and you will connect with the three key sacred geometries so that you can ascend through the dimensions of reality and get to your true sanctuary.
This meditation is highly recommended for people that want a better connection with their intuition and their higher self. It is an excellent method for people that seek answers to a problem, or who are looking for ways to make change in their life.

Details:
- New and experienced meditators are welcome!
- You will receive a manual to take notes in, but bring your own notebook if you prefer.
- The meditation is held at The Middle Pillar in unit 1B at the Northwest corner of 1190 Twinney Drive. You will see signs for The Middle Pillar on the door.
- Seating is limited and materials need to be prepared - tickets must be purchased in advance to save your spot!
- Please arrive no later than 6:30pm as the meditation will start promptly at 6:40pm
- Bring a water bottle and notebook if you desire
- Dress comfortably (& bring layers if you tend to get chilled)
