About this Event
There are periods in life when everything appears functional on the outside — yet internally something feels tense, heavy, or slightly out of sync.
SANCTUARY is a space to pause before burnout, overwhelm, or decision-fatigue deepen.
This intimate frequency sound session is designed to help your nervous system settle and reorganize through immersive sound and guided stillness.
Using crystal singing bowls, gong, and subtle facilitation, the session supports deep rest while allowing the body to soften out of habitual bracing.
This is not a performance or meditation class.
It is a carefully held environment where your system can safely downshift — often restoring clarity, steadiness, and a felt sense of coming back to yourself.
No experience is necessary.
Simply arrive as you are.

About the Facilitator
Alison Holly Stephen is a Frequency Practitioner and founder of The Recalibration Method.
Her work blends sound, nervous system awareness, and fascia-informed practice to help people reconnect with their natural internal rhythm.
Sessions focus not on transformation or performance, but on creating conditions where the body can reorganize and return to steadiness.
If you’ve been holding more than you realize, this is a place to put some of it down.
