A small-group sound session for nervous system rest and recalibration.
About this Event

There are periods in life when everything appears functional on the outside — yet internally something feels tense, heavy, or slightly out of sync.

SANCTUARY is a space to pause before burnout, overwhelm, or decision-fatigue deepen.

This intimate frequency sound session is designed to help your nervous system settle and reorganize through immersive sound and guided stillness.

Using crystal singing bowls, gong, and subtle facilitation, the session supports deep rest while allowing the body to soften out of habitual bracing.

This is not a performance or meditation class.

It is a carefully held environment where your system can safely downshift — often restoring clarity, steadiness, and a felt sense of coming back to yourself.

No experience is necessary.
Simply arrive as you are.

What to Expect

• Gentle guided arrival
• Immersive sound using crystal singing bowls and gong
• Extended rest in a small-group setting
• A calm, supportive atmosphere designed for regulation

Participants often notice:

  • quieter mental activity
  • deeper breathing
  • physical softening
  • improved sleep following the session

(Experiences vary and nothing needs to happen.)
