15 Years and we keep gaining steam, growing the game and bringing in the next generation of volleyball. A/AA Open is back by popular demand, so lets see what the new level of competition brings. This year, we had to move the tourney to the week following our usual 4th of July weekend. Rich and I are off to Valencia, Spain for the Gay Games ending that same weekend, so please wish us luck!
We are working hard to balance the level of play at NAGVA tournaments. Player ratings are always being fine tuned. With that in mind, we want to bring back the opportunity for the A division to participate. Those 13 spots on the NAGVA page are just a place holder. Sign up on the NAGVA.org website, send in a team payment to us and reserve your spot, first come, first served. If the A/AA division blows up, we will definitely make the right adjustments to caps.
NAGVA's Open A/AA division splits the upper division into A and AA divisions (similar to a gold/silver division), but there is a twist. If your roster has 3 or more AA rated players, they will automatically seed into the AA bracket. Otherwise, the 6-7 team split in each will be based on pool play record. Please note, non-rated players in this division are assumed to be AA level and you may also seed into the AA division after pool play at tournament committee's discretion for fairest balance of divisions and/or team captain input.

Locations will be confirmed based on best court flow and amount of signups in each division, but fortunately the venues are very close if we need to get creative with our court flows.

Caps will be adjusted based on sign ups at a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS! We will hold tight to our initial caps, but will make adjustments based on demand.

Team Fees:
Early Registration through May 31: $525
Regular Registration (6/1 - 6/14): $600
Late/Final Registration (6/15-6/21): $650
No refunds after June 21.
Your team fee has covered up to 7 players on your roster. All rosters are capped at 9 players for regular tournaments.
Additional per player fee = $75 each for 8th, 9th
