Hello to our Sistahs of the Drum~
Let’s set out our positive vibe as we gather at Drum Circle by raising the vibration with the sound of the drum.
Let's keep up this exciting momentum ~ We will receive the health benefits of drumming as we boost our immune system while connecting with others in community. We have an amazing night including a sound journey with Gongs, meditation, Chanting, Drumming and Dancing. This is a sacred space for healing & transitional inner work coupled with fun.

Our Women's Drum Circle is a safe place for all levels of drumming experience, or just come and enjoy the vibe. Plenty of Drums are provided or bring your own instrument.
Special request regarding children~ We never want to hinder a child's growth and creativity, so we do welcome our children. I also know that our women are present to receive the healing they desire. I am requesting at this point, if your child is full of extra energy to please promptly escort them out to the sitting area during announcement and meditation time so our Sistahs can receive without distraction. I thank you in advance as this space is Sacred and we all desire our meditative time.

DRUM CLASS:
5:00- 6:15 pm Helen Coyne will be teaching our all-level drum class this Saturday. $10. Drums included.
Special Guest: Brianna Grace is a San Diego-based dreamer, nature lover, and musician. Growing up in the suburbs of Boston, Brianna loved music and performance, participating in musicals and teaching herself guitar to accompany her singing.
After attending business school and entering the corporate world, Brianna lost connection to her musical roots. After over a decade of not performing publicly, Brianna Grace has emerged as a powerhouse entertainer in Southern California and beyond, performing at iconic venues such as Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach and Music Box in downtown San Diego.
Often compared to Alanis Morrissette, Stevie Nicks, and Jewel, Brianna has a unique yet nostalgic americana/rock sound.
Brianna just release the first single “Protect Your Energy” off her debut EP to be released later this year. Brianna Grace will be our special guest singer.

Vendor: Lauren Grace will be offering acupressure chair massage and a sign-up sheet during Drum circle. Lauren will have clothing items, jewelry and intuitive readings.
