Guy Douglas' Breathwork Sound Bath is a powerful tool for anyone looking for personal transformation.
It's a modern interpretation of a 'healing circle,' in which participants embark on a journey within, supported by the energy of all who surround them.
The practice starts when you choose something you want to call into your life, or something you wish to let go of. We then move in to facilitated breathwork (w/ Guy Douglas). This breathwork is powerful— it can bring up and stir emotions that, hidden under the rug, can be preventing you from reaching your goals.
After a cathartic peak point of breathwork, we move into a sweet & gentle sound bath with a planetary tuned gong, diatonic crystal singing bowls, quartz bowls, flute, chimes and more.
Remember to wear loose fitting clothes and it’s suggested to not eat for two hours before breathwork.
This room can sometimes be a little warm so dress light.
Space is limited to 60 people only. You will have plenty of space and direct, personal guidance on this healing journey.

The practice & sound bath is facilitated by Guy Douglas, a Sound Healing Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator with over 10 years of experience. He's the creator of 'The Holistic Chamber of Sound', 'The Sound Healing Symphony,' and more. He has studied sound healing techniques & the eastern philosophy of music, which help clear dormant pathways to open the heart.

This is an active breath that requires some effort. You'll be supported by verbal guidance, medicinal drums, shakers and more.
Transformative Breathwork is a powerful tool for removing obstacles in your experience of love, joy and self-actualization.
*Sound Meditation*
Our Sound Meditation & healing journey will be guided by a planetary gong tuned to the frequency of the the Sun, medicinal and shamanic drums, and a set of crystal bowls tuned to the seven chakras. Using these instruments, we provide a foundation of sound through which participants can experience greater awareness and personal transformation.
This is an experiential class, where skilled individuals create a safe container for whatever is necessary to help them process the experiences of their lives.
