Amid laughter, tears, babies, and REAL conversations, this one of a kind, modernized “mommy and me” is here to help you build lifelong friendships, while feeling seen, heard, and “sane.”
San Diego Mommy and Me groups are designed to provide support, insight, and education to postpartum moms + their littles (0-12 months).
Group Dates:My September - October group meets in-person from 12 pm - 1:30 pm on Tuesdays - = 9/6. 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, and 10/18
Bonus:
Virtual Q& A with a Certified Sleep Consultant: 9/22 @ 12 - 1 pm.

Group Overview:
Created and facilitated by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (and mom), San Diego Mommy and Me is a 7-week group series where conversations, questions, and the interests of group members are combined with research-back topics and insights.
Each week builds off the last as you develop a better understanding of your little, navigate your experience, and reassuringly connect in the ups, downs, and in-betweens of motherhood and this all-consuming life stage of babies.
At San Diego Mommy and Me, we know that there is no right way to mom. We are here to help you own your motherhood and to make sure you never have to mom alone.
Important note: SDMM is a judgment-free, all-inclusive group environment. Whether you choose breast or bottle, crib or co-sleep, organic or Kraft mac 'n' cheese; you belong here.

San Diego Mommy and Me group policies, procedures, and hosting facilities are designed to ensure in-person participation is an excellent way to get out of the house very early on without increased concern.

Refund Policy:
You may cancel or postpone your group registration if the request is received at least 5 days prior to your group series commencement. Please note, 3rd party transaction fees may not be refundable.
A late refund request may still be granted if your spot can be filled by a waitlisted participant (high likelihood).
Group postponement is dependent on availability.
