A high energy ballroom night featuring bold runway categories, live commentary, judges, and a DJ keeping the floor moving from start to finish. The night creates space for seasoned performers and first time walkers alike to step out fully, celebrating movement, presence, and unapologetic self expression.

Sunday, July 12 | 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM | The Soap Factory, San Diego
A full day celebration of Black queer culture and community. The day features live music performances, DJs, and high energy sets, alongside a curated lineup of Black queer owned vendors, food vendors, and full bars. Attendees can connect, support Black queer businesses, and spend the day immersed in community and sound.
This is more than a celebration. It is a declaration, a promise, and an invitation to step into what becomes possible when we move without limits.
San Diego Black Pride is a volunteer led 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and this weekend serves as its annual fundraiser. Proceeds power year round programming, community care, emergency support, and safe, sustainable spaces for Black LGBTQ+ people across San Diego. Every ticket directly supports this mission.
