Two CE Classes. One Smart Move.

These two 1-Hour Credit Continuing Education classes are designed to help REALTORS® strengthen both the financial readiness and long-term protection of their clients—skills that matter well beyond the closing table.


CE Class 1: Wills & Trusts – Protecting What Matters Most

This class introduces REALTORS® to the fundamentals of wills and trusts and how they intersect with real estate ownership.

Agents will learn:

  • The key differences between wills and living trusts
  • Which is better a Trust or a Will?
  • Everyday scenarios that could have been avoided with proper planning
  • How estate planning decisions impact heirs, sales timelines, and transactions
  • What is Probate and How to Avoid It.

CE Class 2: Credit Class for Real Estate
