Samhain Sound Bath - An Evening of Yoga, Sound, Reiki & Reflection

Immerse yourself in a sacred evening of relaxation, renewal, and release as we gather under the energy of Samhain.

Samhain, the ancient Celtic festival from which modern-day Halloween originates, marks a time of transition when the veil between worlds is at its thinnest.

This Experience is Perfect For:
✨ Letting go of old patterns and stagnant energy
✨ Restoring balance at the seasonal turning point
✨ Deepening your connection with yourself and your intuition
✨ Inviting clarity, peace, and protection for the months ahead

What to Expect:
Gentle Yoga Flow & Body Scan Meditation: The evening begins with Elizabeth guiding a soft yoga flow to gently move energy through the body, easing you into stillness and preparing you for deep rest. This flows naturally into a grounding savasana, where Mary will guide you through a calming body scan meditation. Together, these practices honour Samhain’s energy of turning inward - opening space within, quieting the mind, and preparing your spirit to release what no longer serves as we step into the darker half of the year.

Sound Bath & 1:1 Reiki Healing Support: As you rest, Mary’s crystal singing bowls will bathe you in soothing sound vibrations while reiki master Caroline offers hands-on and hands-off Reiki, intuitively directed to where you most need it. This angelic energy work supports Samhain’s invitation to shed stagnant energies, clear blockages, and create space for renewal as the old cycle closes and a new one begins.

Tea & Oracle Reflection - We’ll close the evening with herbal teas and oracle cards, inviting you to quietly pause, reflect, and receive guidance for the path ahead.

Take-Home Gifts - Each participant will leave with:
- A Selenite crystal, a cleansing and protective stone to continue supporting your energy.
- A printed journal sheet with prompts, to guide your reflections through Samhain and beyond.

Holistic Benefits:
The weaving of yoga, meditation, sound, Reiki, and reflection creates a layered, restorative journey aligned with the seasonal transition. This combination can ease emotional tension, reduce stress and anxiety, and restore energetic flow - leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your inner wisdom at this potent time when the veil between worlds is believed to be thinnest.
