About this Event
Join me for an enchanting evening of deep rest and remembrance as we celebrate Samhain (pronounced sow-in) - the ancient Gaelic festival marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter! Traditionally known as the time when the veil between worlds grows thinnest, Samhain invites us to slow down, reflect, and listen to the quiet guidance of our ancient ancestors and intuition.
Warm, nourishing tea will be offered as you enter the softly candlelit room. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to ground, connect, and set intention, followed by a restorative sound bath woven with chimes, harp, crystal singing bowls, harmonium, and voice.
A communal autumnal altar will be placed at the front of the room, where you’re welcome to place a meaningful object - flower, stone, photo, or small keepsake - to honor your lineage, and loved ones.
Location - The Peoples Yoga NE (Killingsworth)
* For a cozy experience I recommend bringing a pillow & mat to rest on. I will have blankets for you to use, feel free to bring your own!
